DEBTONE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS has adopted this Privacy Policy and Notice to Consumers with respect to information gathered by us on our web pages and in the course of our ordinary business operations. This Privacy Policy and Notice to Consumers applies to all visitors to our website and any other web pages which we may host. It applies to any information given to us by consumers who communicate with us about our products or services. It also applies to any information given to us by customers (customers) who obtain or use any of our products or services. This web site and our products and services are intended for use by persons residing in the United States.

1. Summary

The information we collect falls into three main categories. The first type is non-personally identifiable information. It is primarily concerned with how your web browser interacts with our web pages, and it is typically gathered when you browse a web site on the Internet. We collect this nonpersonal type of information for the primary purpose of improving the access and functionality of our web sites.

The second type of information we gather is personal contact information, such as your name, address or email address. We gather and use this information to contact people who make inquiries about the types of products or services we provide and to open customer files and accounts for those who obtain or use any of the products and services we offer. This information may be shared for the purposes of marketing to third party companies.

The final category is nonpublic personal information. This is confidential customer information that we collect and use to provide products and services to our customers. It is kept in a secure database.

All of the information we collect is given to us with the consent of the person who provides the information.

We use your personal information to provide you with service, and to communicate with you regarding the activities in your file. In addition, we use your personal information to keep you up to date on service announcements, customer updates about our services, special offers, and other information we think you would like to hear about. From time to time, we may also use your personal information to contact you about participating in opinion surveys. These help us measure customer satisfaction and improve our service further.

DEBTONE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS may send unsolicited email in compliance with CAN SPAM ACT of 2003.

If you inquire about the types of products or services we provide, one of our employees or representatives will contact you. Thereafter, we may occasionally contact you about a product or service that we think might interest you. We may also share or sell your contact information with companies that have products or services we think might interest you. You may contact us to opt out of such contact. We will honor any such request we receive from you, and we require the companies that work with us to maintain policies and notices that are similar to this one. We do not disclose specific financial information, such as account numbers or balances, to anyone for marketing purposes. Specific financial information is only used to provide products or services you request from us.

If you have questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy and Notice to Consumer, you should first contact DEBTONE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS.

2. Who Collects Information We Use

The information we use is primarily collected by DEBTONE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS. Often, we do so in cooperation with others who provide services to us. For example, DEBTONE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS has an affiliate company, Zsolutionz Inc and Webthink International Inc. Zsolutionz Inc and Webthink International Inc. provide information technology services to us. One of the many services we receive from Zsolutionz Inc and Webthink International Inc. is the development and maintenance of the web pages where we collect information and the software and programming we use to collect it. In addition, we may have advertising agreements with joint marketing affiliates. Any company that provides information services for us must sign a written agreement, and that document will prohibit the use or disclosure of information for any purpose beyond the subject matter of the written agreement.

Most often, we begin to collect personal contact information when you make an inquiry on the internet about the kind of legal services we offer. This inquiry is sometimes made directly to us, and sometimes it is made to companies that have agreements with us. If you made your original inquiry about the kinds of services we offer to a web page hosted by someone other than DEBTONE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS, then the privacy policy of that company will control how they use your information. This policy controls the use of information by DEBTONE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS. We urge you to review the privacy policy of any web site that you give personal information.

If we wish to use or disclose your personally identifiable information in a manner that is materially different from what was stated in our policy at the time we collected the information, then you will have a choice as to whether or not we use or disclose your information in this new manner.

We will post the amended Privacy Policy on our Web site so that you can always review what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone.
